Seller issues FCO addressed to Chubu Electric Power Co. Ltd., and latest shipping record
(BL & COA) PLUS CP (Company Brochure) for Chubu’s reference.
Seller issues Draft Contract open for Buyer’s review and amendment.
Buyer returns amended Contract fully endorsed and sealed electronically
After signing contract, Buyer issues Non-Operative DLC and Seller issue Performance
Bond (PB) 2% to activate DLC from Buyer.
First shipment commences within 30 days upon receiving workable DLC at Seller’s bank.
